Moto Licensing

CCRI is the state’s only provider of the required MSF Basic Rider Course, a 16.5‑hour training program including classroom theory and range practice. Completion is mandatory for all RI residents seeking the motorcycle endorsement; riders are provided training bikes but must bring personal gear.
