Description

All Oregon DMV branch offices issue motorcycle instruction permits and endorsements, including administering written knowledge tests and, where applicable, riding tests (if not waived by completing approved training). Applicants under age 21 must complete a state-approved course; those 21+ may qualify by completing Basic or Intermediate Team Oregon training. DMV coordinates with Team Oregon and enforces registration/insurance laws.
